1999 Subaru Forester AWD166K MilesExtra Clean You won't find a 1999 Forester any cleaner than this one. The exterior is in excellent condition with hardly any scuffs/scratches. The paint still has a vibrant shine to it, and all of the tires have plenty of tread remaining. The interior is also in superb condition. The seats, carpet, dash, doors, and all other areas look much newer than the vehicle's age. However, the CD/radio doesn't work. It comes on, but there is no sound. It could be something as simple as a loose wire. The FWD light is also on, but doesn't affect the way the vehicle drives. Other than those two minor issues, the vehicle is mechanically sound.
