This Packard is on its way to the scrap yard unless some on gets it. So scrap price is my bottom line. Complete car except for a couple of small chrome parts. Front bumper, grill and radiator are not shown but I have them and they go with the car along with 1 spare tire and rim and all 4 Hub caps. Engine turns by hand just a little but does not run, and I have hooked it up to a 6v battery and some electrical does show signs of life. This Vehicle needs a full body off restoration.
