Also a part of the buyers responsibility is to know and understand your specific states Laws for transfer, title, & tags on your new vehicle. We are not familiar with any other states requirements other than Arzona, so please check your local Laws prior to bidding. Refunds will NOT be given due to strict state requirements. Our vehicles are titled (unless otherwise stated) in the state of Arizona and meet ALL Arizona laws of inspection, title, and lic.

PAYMENT - A deposit of $500 by check, in person, or
wire within 48 hours of auction end. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining
balance within 7 days of auction end. All checks must clear before delivery can be made please.

SHIPPING

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can help with aligning a shipper or can provide delivery myself for an agreed upon fee. If a shipper is to pick this vehicle up for you then a written permission letter will need to be provided by you giving me permission to release the vehicle to a third party.
