I decided to sell my very much loved 325 IX. I hate to see it go but I just don't have the time to really enjoy it. Overall the car is in great shape, it always starts, and everything works as it should that I know of. This car is a hoot to drive! The motor is peppy and the gear box doesn't miss a beat. This is a true German ralley car! It had a slight vibration at 70, but I bought a $500.00 new front drive shaft from the dealer. The all wheel drive works as it should. Unfortunately we didn't get any snow this year and i didn't get to play. The previous owner installed a new stereo with a remote control which works great. He also ripped out the headliner. I was going to put one in , and if doesn't sell then i will just keep the car and put one in myself. The leather seats have some wear, but no tears or holes that i can see. It could use some leather conditioner and black cream to spruce it up. It could also use a new steering cover. The wheels and tire are decent. All of the front power windows work. The drivers door latch is tempermental, but i have a new one in the trunk. The body is very nice and shows a few little dings. The drivers door has a little bubbling starting to show, but is not very big. The paint has a very glossy shine and looks very nice. If i were to repaint anything it would be drivers door, a couple of the flares and maybe the hood because it has a little spot in it. This car turns heads all the time and receives many thumbs up from other BMW owners . 2 door IX models are very hard to come by.
