Selling this little classic for a friend. The body is in good shape and all parts are there. He was driving back from work and heard a ticking in the engine so he pulled over and had it towed home. He started it for me and I didn't hear any noise at idle, when you give it gas there is some ticking somewhere but it's hard determine where. So to play it safe I say this would be good for parts for another one. The rest of the car is pretty clean for it's age. The dog dish caps are there, the stock jack, stock radio is a good find, the restoration guys like those. All good glass, body panels are straight and there is no visable rust anywhere. New muffler, shocks, all the new parts that come with maintenance. Good tires, all keys and locks work. Headliner is good. A/C works. Trans shifts good. Got great gas mileage ( why he got it in the first place ). If you are a mechanic it can be fixed to drive again, would be a good first car for a new driver. Slant six is easy and cheap to work on.
