AUCTION RULES -
1. All of our Vehicles are for sale locally as well so we reserve the right to end the auction early if a deal outside ebay is made.
2. There is a $295 fee added to all auctions. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. This covers all documentation, Airport Pick-Up, 60 Day Temporary Tag and Registration, Overnight Title Costs, and more.
3. We are a West Virginia Used Car Dealership and most of these vehicles are Fresh Trades with some having payoffs. If the title isnt available at time of pickup, we will overnight at no cost well within the 60 day window of the Temporary Tags.
4. If you have (0) Feedback you must email prior to bidding with contact info, or your bid may be cancelled.
5. We require contact within 24 hours after auction end to determine when the vehicle will be picked up or shipped, and when payment will be made. Payment in full is required within 3 days of auction end.

Payment Methods
Cash in person, certified check, cashier checks, draft check are not allowed. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information (304) 550-1878.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
All sales are subject to $295.00 dealer service fee. Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. We do not accept checks from or Road loans. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at (304)-550-1878 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
