Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my beloved 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera. BEAUTIFUL condition with a few tasteful mods (all stock pieces have been kept and are available). It is a white coupe (with sunroof) and black leather interior. Always garage kept up until 2 months ago when I lost my garage spot, so now it is always covered in an off street carport spot. The car currently has 108,xxx original miles and has been properly maintained by my local porsche specialist. The car runs GREAT, pulls hard through every gear, and handles spectacularly. This has been my sunday car for the past 2 years (hence the low miles put on by me). Also the tires have less than 1,000 miles on them! Mods: Added red "Carrera" vinyl decals, Upgraded to 16" fuchs (OEM 16x6 fronts, repro 16x9 turbo deep dish rears. . . have original 15" rims in storage), Getty Design fiberglass ducktail (fitment is PERFECT. . . have original deck lid in storage), Momo leather steering wheel with porsche crest horn button (have original wheel), "911 Chips" performance chip (hands down the best mod I have ever done, real power addition, better MPG, and smoother idle. . . wish I had done this day one!) Body: 9.5 -- Paint is in overall GREAT shape, few small rock chips here and there, one SMALL scratch on the hood. Always hand washed and waxed 2-3 times a year minimum. Interior: 9.5 -- Leather seats are in EXCELLENT shape, so is dash, headliner, and carpeting. Some weather stripping could be replaced and there is one SMALL hole in the drivers seat in a very inconspicuous area, hardly noticeable. Engine: 9.5 -- Car has been extremely reliable. This is one of the most solid years of porsche engines ever built. It eats a little oil, but they all do, and the synchros are a little slow going into 2nd gear when shifting at high RPMs. Leaks NO oil and does NOT smoke... and neither does the driver :) Check out the photos, let me know if you have any questions. thanks for looking $19,750 OBO
