1949 Ford F-1, fully restored. Frame off restoration. 1952 Ford flat head 8 cylinder with 3 speed manual transmission. All original gearing. Upgraded electrical to 12 volt system. New exhaust, shocks, brake cables and many more parts. All gauges original and working. Original vacuum wiper. New interior components to include headliner, recovered seats, kick panels and rear window panels. New glass all around. All original door handles and window cranks were glass beaded and work perfectly. New window anti-rattle hardware. New Coker whitewall bias ply tires similar to originals. Custom flat bed as the orignal bed was not salvageable. Trex decking with cherry trim. Hand made wood running boards with custom made slpash guards attached at rear. Body completely reworked with seam seal to all seams, new gaskets where needed, custom paint job designed to look sun faded instead of shiny with custom painted wheels and complementary grille coloring and Texaco logo on the door. Truck runs great. Burns no oil. Reasonable gas mileage. Vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction at any time.
