Hello,You are looking at my 1977 Mercedes 450sl (I was told that this car was owned by the same family since new that was originally from Texas, then it was given to anther family member (brother) ten years ago in Missouri (it was always garaged), Silver with rare, red interior. Showing only 73,000 easy miles. This 450sl is in wonderful, original, well maintained condition. The paint and body (no rust) is in EXCELLENT condition with a wonderful shine that looks like it is 5 years old not 35. The interior is in very nice. clean condition, with no rips or tears. The wood is in great condition. The dash has 2 or 3 small cracks. The hard top is in great condition. The soft top is 3 years old and also in great condition. . Mechanically the car is in excellent condition, The engine is very smooth, with recent work that includes a new fuel distributor, new plug wires ,rebuilt brake booster and new power steering hoses. The wheels and tires are in very good condition and drives very smooth at 90mph. All of the chrome and trim is in wonderful condition It also has the books, spare tire,tools and jack. The brakes are in cery good condition and stops very well. All of the heat and airconditener levers operate very smoothThis Mercedes is a very original and is GREAT with one of the best color combinations! . I welcome and encourage all pre sale inspections.
