you are viewing a 2005 suzuki dr650. i bought this bike used 2 years ago with 2058 miles showing on the odometer. it has heated grips with hi and low settings. it is all stock except for the seat concepts seat. this seat is all day comfortable. i rode some smooth fire roads with some friends on one ocassion but the rest of the miles have been on pavement. the bike will need a back tire pretty soon as it has taken on a flat profile and is near slick in the center. the plastic shows normal wear but still looks good and isn't sun faded as i have always kept it garaged. this bike starts the instant you push the start button and has been stone cold reliable every time. the engine has no smoke, leaks, or abnormal noises. the tank has a knee dent on the right side that is hard to see from most angles. if you are looking for a great handling, powerful, and super reliable bike that you can ride anywhere, this is a good one.On Mar-17-12 at 18:20:41 PDT, seller added the following information: if you look at the picture of the odometer you will see that the milage is slightly lower that stated in the description. i didn't know the exact milage when i wrote the description but the milage shown in the picture of the speedometer/odometer is correct. i am a 51 year old rider so the bike has never been abused or sodomized. i also have a blue matching ims 4.9 gallon fuel tank, an aluminum rear cargo rack, and an mra smoke windshield that i will be selling separatly but have not yet listed if interested.
