Vehicle Detail
I've owned this car since it came off the lot in December of 1994. It has never been in an accident. Over the years, I've put $30,000 into it and now that I've become a daddy, I have no use for it anymore. Lets start with the motor...The heads are TFS Twisted Wedge aluminum. Ported, polished and extrude honed. They alone, cost $8000. The intake is Ford Cobra SVT, upper and lower have been extrude honed and port matched to the heads. The rocker arms are 1.6 Cobra rockers with rollers. The cam is an X303 for huge power over 3,000RPM. The throttle body is 65mm. The mass air meter is 77mm from ProM. 24lb. injectors and twin fuel pumps take care of fuel delivery. The stock EEC-4 engine management system has been replaced by a ProM programmable ECU. Griffin Ice 3 core aluminim radiator accompanied with dual stage fan control to keeps everything at super cool operating temperatures. Of course, there are race pulleys as well as the MSD ignition control box and the timing retard control box for the nitrous. The NOS system is a single stage, 175hp shot. Complete with purge kit and bottle warmer. The drive train is built to the hilt as well. Billet aluminum fly wheel, mates to a Centerforce dual friction clutch. The transmission is a Tremec TK5 unit with a Pro 5.0 adjustable shifter . The driveshaft is aluminum as well and has been fitted with a driveshaft safety loop. The rear end has been fitted with an Auburn Pro limited slip differential. The axles are Moser 33 spline hardened steel. The final drive gear is 3.73. This car runs 12.70s in the quarter mile all day on motor alone. It runs 11.90s on the NOS. The wheel are Einkei 17x8.5 in the front and 17x 12 in the rear. These are currently fitted with Nitto555R 285 in the front and Nitto 555R 305 Drag Radials in the rear. There is also a 4 point, bolt in roll cage, huge Autometer tachometer, and the 4 inch Cobra R cowl induction hood. Eibach lowering springs dropped it 2inches and with the weld in subframe connectors and stiffened sway bars, the car out handles most european supercars. This car is capable of speeds that exceed 160 mph and believe me...I've taken it there and its solid as a rock at those speeds =)Just thinking about all the fun Ive had in this car over the years makes me grin like I was 16 again. The car is and has always been garage kept and treated like a baby. She's 100% street legal, registered and insured, but I never drive it anymore. I want it to go to someone that will love it like I have. Im asking $7,000 OBO, and I am open to all reasonable offers, taking into account who you are and what your plans are for the car.If you have any questions...call or text 561 859 3825. I keep it at my business, so it is available to be seen anytime.
