Volvo made only 8,077 of the ES wagons in the two model years. This 1973 Volvo 1800 ES wagon is either a funky, as-is cruiser or a great project car. There are 245,000 miles on the engine, and about 14 miles on a rebuilt transmission. This car has been in the family for 25 years and treated with TLC, but all the paperwork for the car was in the glove-box, which was stolen. So the glove box is missing, the rear-view mirror needs to be replaced, both of the front seats need replacing and it could use a new dashboard.Other than that the car is missing nothing: headliner is good, all bumpers and trim are present and accounted for and it's sound as the pound.
