For Sale: Used 1999 Acura CL 2.3 in decent running condition. Engine runs well, but the car needs some work. Could be a great deal for a car guy who can do maintenance repair. Expect usual wear and tear for a 150K mile NYC commuter car. This car is a fuel efficient commuter - I drive 45 miles a day and average 27-28MPG in mixed driving. Uses unleaded gas, so you don't have to waste money on premium. Got a new commuter car - so letting this go to the highest bidder! Known problems: Check engine light always on (need to run a diagnostic to find cause)Leaking radiator connection (needs to be welded)Both rear brakes need to be replaced (calipers, pads, and rotors)Because of the brake issue above, this car failed NYS inspection two months ago. If you can fix the car problems on your own, this car should be able to pass NYS inspection. I am including a Free second set of aftermarket alloy wheels! The summer tires on these wheels are worn out and will need to be replaced. You can throw on some summer or snow tires as the primary wheels have all-seasons. The treads on the primary set of wheels are still in very good condition with 60-70% life remaining. A rock broke through while driving. Only cosmetic damage, nothing hurt on the inside. The actual mileage will be slightly more than 150000 from moving the car around, nothing major.
