Vehicle Detail
You’re looking at a great German Classic, a 1990 Audi 100 V8 Quattro. This has been my daily driver since Oct 2011 back and forth 5 days a week to Albany NY from Feeding Hills (Springfield) MA. Approximately 1.75 to 2.0 hours a day. What a car. Runs like nothing you can imagine. Slow on the takeoff, at about 30 to 50 it just takes off and you have to watch the Odometer that you are not running 80-90 MPH. Just took it in for the last safety recall at Fathers & Sons Collection ( Porsche/Audi) in Springfield MA. They finally got all recall parts from German to make it up to date. They noticed that the steering was sloppy and said I should really stop driving it to NY every day. I really love this car but don’t want to put any more money in it, in all reality I only bought it for the winter driving. I had a flat front tire a couple of weeks ago, after AAA put the spare on I took it to have 2 new ones installed. As I have been told you should not mix/match tires. The rears are in great shape as well. It has the factory installed phone (not activated), rear blind to keep the heat off anyone in the rear. Front and Rear Heated Seats. The only inop item that I know of is the RF Window, the motor works but have not taken it apart to see why, I bought it just for winter use. I have always run Synthetic motor oil in it since I put so many miles on it in a short period of time. It would be a great parts car, or a daily local driver. Not inclined to give it away, but am open to a reasonable offer. Low reserve!
