This 1954 Mercury was a garage find that has been partially restored,there is still some small things left to do.It does run and drive .It has been repainted and there is some bondo in the lower rear quarters.As you can see the trunk is in excellent condition and so are the floor pans.The interior has been redone in the original red and black colors the bench sent is a power seat!The dash is immaculate in black and white,all gauges work including the clock and the original radio.The engine is the original 256 V8 Y block with the MercOMatic Transmission,the engine sounds great and no leaks.There is paint chips and scratches and it has the normal hood and trunk lid hinge problems.All glass is excellent and windows roll up and down and wing windows open as well.The lights all work ,The brakes are new, the power brakes work as well and the tires are also new.THIS IS NOT a show car but it will turn heads and it would be a great original cruiser.The car has been stored in a garage for 12 years as it was worked on by previous owner,it does run and I have driven it a short distance(very short).Here is a list of things that are new or repaired.the shocks are new,new emergency brake cables,complete brakes and hardware,new brake lines and fuel lines,New 6 volt battery,head liner new,new fuel sender,new fuel pump.I have not found any water or oil leaks either.This is in excellent shape for its age .Engine runs good and the transmission shifts good too.Has new exhaust as well and all lights and gauges work including the original clock and radio.Thanks for looking.Please no scammers or overseas request.I have listed United States ONLY,and CASH only.Thanks for your consideration.,
