1987 Buick Regal, Grand National Tribute Car, Beautiful, NO RESERVE. OK, here she is, one beautiful 1987 Buick Regal Grand National Tribute Car. There have been thousands of dollars invested in this car, and she is the ultimate head turner. I will try to go into as much detail as I can about the car and what has been done to her. The original plan was to make this car as close in appearance to a Grand National. After the fresh paint job, we decided that it looks amazing all blacked out. I do have the Grand National emblems, and they will come with the car (see pics). It is just up to you if want to put them on. We started out with an extremely smooth running 5.0L V8 Buick Regal, and have done the following. We added over $2000 worth of 22 inch Chrome rims and tires. The Chrome really sets off the rest of the car. We then added a $500 Grand National Replica Hood with the classic bulge. We then added over $600 in Spoilers including the replica front air dam spoiler, and an authentic Buick Grand National Rear Spoiler. We added $300 worth of brand new bumper fillers to the front and rear of the car. This process is labor intensive and requires several hours of installation. We spent almost $300 to professionally tint out the windows as dark as "legally" possible. Also $200 invested in new brakes. That's over $3900 in parts right there not including the time and labor to put them on. The car also comes with almost $100 in replica badges that you can either put on the car, keep, or sell off. We also added an upgraded White GT steering wheel. Back taillights are blacked out. We then took the car to the body shop and had the side moldings removed, and doors trimmed down. We then had the car painted black. This includes the blacking out of all the trim pieces which were all removed, sanded, and bonded before being blacked out. This paint looks great, and it's even better then in the pics because it was raining. So what we have here is an extremely smooth running V8 Buick Regal that looks about as bad ass as you could possibly imagine. Does the car have any issues? Yes a few, but I stress that they are minor. The interior is in good shape, but it is just you run of the mill Buick Regal Interior, It shows well, but it has not been upgraded. The body has some minor imperfections. We spent a ton at the body shop making here as straight as possible, but it is a black car, so minor imperfections and dings show. There is no antenna on the car, just a space where it should be. Small chip in one of the tail lights. Other minor imperfections that one would expect on a 25 year old car. She does run and drive excellent, and I would not hesitate to hop in and drive anywhere. So what you have here is a smooth running, mean looking Blacked Out 1987 Buick Regal with tons of Grand National Upgrades. Drop in a Turbo engine and take her to the next level, or simple enjoy her as she is. People will stop you everywhere and ask you questions about the car and tell you that they love her.
