This is a 1974 Beetle, A daily driver In great running condition with Little to no rust. It has lots of new parts starting with a completely rebuilt Engine, with new crank, Cam,Oversized jugs and pistons, All bearings are new, new lifters, push tubs, carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, oil pump, spark plugs, wires, points, tail lights, head lights, with all original wiring working normally. I added a after market Fuse block under the hood to make use of american fuses. but this can be easily returned to german Euro Fuses if desired. the front end is completely reconditioned with an alignment in the last 6 months including replacing, Upper and lower ball joints, main bearings, brakes, brake lines are all new, outer tie-rod ends as well. tires are larger then factory making this thing handle nicely with lots of road contact. I have also replaced the floor pans, and lots of the rubber gaskets on the car as well as installed a aftermarket stereo with new speakers. The gas peddle has been reworked and the clutch cable was replaced last year. the front trunk is carpet lines and the roof gasket is present. It will need some of the fresh air lines replaced but this is minimal and only cost 3 or 4 dollars for material of any bug website. This has been a project car for me that is nearly complete. it still needs some stuff like new interior carpet if desired. It has been rubber lined on the floor. I did recently drive it all the way to Southern Georgia across the eastern mountains and it did great. This is a very dependable beetle perfect for someone that wants to start with a working classic and make it there own. I have no desire to sell it and wish i was able to see the restoration through. I am leaving soon to take a job over sea's which will make this thing sit for the next few years and Thats never good on an engine so It can be yours. I am not looking to rip anyone off. I have over 1200 just in the engine parts. I have over $3500 in it so far., not including lots of hours in the restoration.
