Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on my 1973 Plymouth Duster. It started life as a 318 but now has a newly rebuilt 360 and a rmvb 727. I have had this car for almost 5 years and have replaced many parts. The car was painted before I purchased it. It had been in southern califorina its whole life until it moved to Ohio. I have taken good care of this car but it is time for it to go. This car is in nice condition, but its not a trophy winner. Lets start off with the bad, the car is completely rust free with the exception of the front floor pans due to an old windshield leak. Patches have covered the bad areas. The patches work but replacements would be the correct thing to do. The lower outer rear quarters you can see have some rust bubbles from a trunk leak. There are also some holes in the hood where there used to be an incorrect wider scoop, when we replaced it with the correct scoop the old holes showed and they are just filled with silicone for now. Also not very noticeable unless you are up close. It has been like this for about 3 years without any problems but they should be welded closed. The trunk floor, trunk extensions, doors, fenders, rockers & frame rails are clean with no scaling. The dash pad has 2 cracks on the right side that may be repairable. The rear seat has a small tear as seen in one of the pictures. The front seats are correct but not the correct material. Now time for the good. It has a fresh 360 with less than 3000 miles, bored .40 over with new 9 1/2:1 compression Sealed Power pistons, eagle rods, brand new crank out of a 360 crate engine, 2.02 j heads, lunati .475/.494 lift and 262/268 duration cam, and headers. It has an edelbrock aluminum intake and 650 cfm carb. The the 727 transmission was also rebuilt at the same time and has a turbo action reverse manual valve body, deep pan, 3.8 band shift lever, 4 disc front drum and a 2600 stall converter. It has a 8 3/4 rear end with a 3.23 (clutch type) posi. Very fast and fun setup that spins the tires hard into second every time. The paint is petty blue, i would give it a 6 out of 10. It looks great about 10 feet away but there are some small scratches and chips, and some clear coat runs. It has 20% window tint all around. Working heat. Functional radio cassette player with 3.5 mm i pod jack. The exhaust that is on it now is purple hornies with turn downs, but the tail pipes are still hooked up to look stock. This car was my daily driver for about 3 years so it is dependable, and loves to be driven. Power steering and power brakes. Again it is not a trophy winner, but would make an excellent cruiser or could easily be turned into that show car you have always wanted. A lot of money put into this car, have all the receipts, will include them if you want. Car is also for sale locally so i have a right to pull the listing if sold. Buyer is responsible for shipping, or local pickup. We are located in Columbus, Ohio. 43026. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking. Here are some extra pictures i that i could not fit into the listing.
