You are looking at a great classic American Made conversion van. This van was converted by Heartland in Flint, MI. Van is in great shape for the age and miles. It does show a little wear and tear though. It has a strong running 350 V8 engine and a great shifting auto transmission. Seating for 7 plus fold out bed in the rear. Has TV, VCR, Conversion lighting, etc. The ABS works great and all other mechanical aspects seem to be in great condition. The only thing that I know of that's wrong with this van is that the back right door needs a new upper hinge. As you can see in the pictures it will need a good bath. Has alloy wheel on it with decent tires. Also includes a set of spare steel rims with no tires. Overall VERY good buy for the price. This will make a very good camper for someone. I bought with the intent to put the engine and trans in my 84 Chevy truck but I have decided that the body is too nice to rip this thing down for parts.
