You are looking at a 2002 Chevrolet 3500 two wheel drive DIESEL with dual rear wheels. Even though this truck has a lot of miles there is plenty of life left in this truck. This would be a great starter truck for a landscaper! This is a cab and chassis with a flat bed rack body on it. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We do not have the sides or rear racks. Mechanically this truck runs great. The diesel engine runs smoothly and accelerates effortlessly. The transmission shifts perfectly through all gears. There is a ABS light and brake light on, it probably needs a sensor of some sort. The check engine light is on. I was told it is a glow plug c.ode, but I will pull the code myself and post it tomorrow. The odometer and shift indicator go off intermittently, when you tap the dash they come back on. Not sure why this happens, but I would assume it is a loose connection somewhere, The power windows and locks work great. Mechanically the truck is in great shape. The body and the interior on the other hand could use a lot of TLC. There are dents and scrapes on both sides of the truck. Look at the pictures, they show most of the damage. The seats have tears in both the passenger and driver sides. The center console is really beat up and held together by duct tape(As you can see in the pic). The tires are pretty new, but they do not all match. As you can see in the pictures the floor of the flat bed is pretty much rotted out. There are sheets of wood being used as a floor. The frame is solid. As you can see in the pictures the taillights all need to be replaced, what is left of them is held on by duct tape. With a little of work this can be a great work truck! These diesels can go for well over 300,000 miles and have great towing power. Duramax diesels are one of the most reliable diesels on the market!
