Great little cars these little Suubs as you probably know. Nice little 4 cylinder 4x4 with the dependable 5 speed Trans. I’ve driven it several times in the last week and found it smooth, energetic and fun. Clutch is good, engine is peppy and it’s smooth on the road. Generally very good cars. I’ve seen them with 300 K miles on them still going. Few little issues, but mechanically very decent. Transmission is good, shifts well. Clutch is fine. No issue. Tires are OK and usable but not great. Definitely useable for a while more but will need changed sometime. Half or more gone. Ride is smooth on the highway. Actually surprisingly smooth. Interior is very clean. Looks like it was really kept pretty nice. Carpets are good , one faint stain in rear cargo area rug. Seats very nice. Dependable crank windows, manual locks. There was some food or something sticky (yeah, just being honest ) partially gumming up the buttons on the climate control panel maing it hard to push the buttons .(go figure !) (? - !) Guess you have to clean that out. (Can’t have everything!) Stereo is nice. Good E-brake Steering nice. Definitely has that sure footed feel AWD feel accelerating thru corners and up hills and handling that you expect with an AWD (all wheel drive) vehicle . As you can see in the pictures pretty good looking. (To be honest, for some reSON, they never look as quite as good in person as in the pictures for some reason. Something about digital photography. Just being honest with you .) Paint is excellent couple scratches and touch up spots visible. Funny spot on the right front fender, rear side. You can see in the close ups there’s a ding there. Doesn’t bother anything at all. Nothing. Actually not that noticeable either. Door is fine, fender is fine . It just a little cosmetic spot. Great gas economy rig. Super durable , but mostly super for the 4x4 quality for that snow that you know is coming. DID YOU KNOW? --- Its got some miles but… did you know we actually discount the miles on a stick shift car 20% in our internal computation and valuation of cars iiiiiiiff it has a stick shift and this car does of course! A stick shift car, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS lasts longer than an automatic transmission car. Do you know why? In a manual shift car, there’s much less wear and tear on the engine. Yup. Much less wear. It’s a big point, known generally only to “car guys ”. The reason is that the engine is under much less strain. It doesn’t have to push all that huge mass of interlocking gears, bands, clutches to push up and down the shift cycle all the time. Thus, the vehicle lasts longer. Over the years we’ve had car lots and we’ve see 10 x 1000’s of wholesale used trucks and cars. The stick shift vehicles ALWAYS outlast the automatics by a good degree. Interesting, huh? Better gas mileage too. And way less expensive to fix if ever you have to. Two other small points copliants I noticed (I’m pretty critical). Could use a value cover gasket tighten down or replacement ..just a little dampness on one corner of engine. And the sun visor is worn - $5 in a junk yard. Just Sell it Price : If you want to us to just sell it ….In the interest of selling it quickly I’ve reduced it for the eBay sale. [It has been for sale locally, financeable, for $2,995 on the lot and it’s still here. It needs to go. Now, its no longer financeable. We just need it sold. ] If you want to call us Just Buy It for the eBay sale has been reset to $1,988. ……to just sell it. That’s very fair. . Cheap. We making it easy now.
