Exterior features include alloy wheels. The interior is clean, and also in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the "leatherette" seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. Both front seat have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory settings. The rear seat is in excellent shape. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
