FOR SALE 1989 Ford F-800 28 ft roll back tow truck. It has 2 wenches. So this allows for 2 vehiclels towed at the same time . It has a Hydrolic lift that is Jerr-Dan Wrangler Model 28-102823. It is a manual shift and is a 5-2. It has a single axle and I believe a spring suspension.Truck has air breaks,power steering, air but the belt is not hooked up, It has about 270,000 miles on the odometer but has a factory rebuilt 6 cyl,(7.8 Liter) turbo diesel engine .The engine is clean no oil on it really clean. Cosmetically the truck is dirty from sitting for awhile. It has the factory stereo but is pulled out and I have not replaced it as I figured the new owner may want to put there own in.. The story behind this truck is that it is a product of divorce. The wife finally stopped paying on its storage and my friend obtained it, I have had proffessional mechanics replace the fluids and fill the hydrolic lift. The engine runs like a champ and all Hydrolics works perfectly. Tire size is R11 , 22.5. It will need TLC on the inside as far as cleaning it and replacing the stereo and seat cover, as it is a work . However for work purposes this is a great find.
