1970 Dodge Challenger Convertible. 340 4-barrel. AT 727A in console. Manual steering. Manual 11" drum brakes. New wheel cylinders and master cylinder. Car has been sandblasted before priming. New decklid. Floorpans and trunk pans have been replaced with new panels.Very very little rust left on car, mostly surface rust on new trunk pans. Car is originally Alpine White but now car has been stripped and primered gray. Body work needs completion. Seats have new foam and new red covers. New red carpet. New black convertible top with glass. New windshield. Dash has been refoamed with a new cover. Car has some small parking lot dents but has never been in a reported accident, certified by DMV agent. Car has never been stolen, certified by DMV agent. Current owner is second owner. Rallye instrument panel. New shock absorbers. Front end parts have been bead blasted and powder coated. New polygraphite bushings in front end. K-frame has been powder coated. Front electrical harnesses are new. Gas tank has been sealed and painted. Has power top and variable speed wiper motor. Numbers matching engine, tranny. Radiator has been boiled out and painted. Flow master mufflers. Engine runs fine. New battery tray. I have new chrome exhaust tips, new convertible-top boot, new convertible-top cover. Removed car from restoration shop in mid-restoration. Slotted 15" X 7" rally wheels with the bullet centers. I have the Broadcast sheet and original window sticker. Fender tag is in place. Title is clear. This car is 1 of 7,408 Challenger convertibles manufactured in 1970 and 1971. It is 1 of 4,243 Challenger convertibles made in 1970. Car needs: quarter panels reworked, bottom radiator support repaired, parking lot dings repaired, trunk finished, welds grinded, paint, plastic door panels, interior rear side panels, seatbacks, gauges restored.
