This beautiful 2000 550 Maranello runs and drives great in every way. It is a European spec car that was imported in 2001 and converted to meet U.S. spec’s by reputable G&K Auto Conversions of Los Angeles. This is why it is listed as a 1980, Ebay’s database couldn’t recognize the euro VIN and wouldn’t let me list it as a 2000. The car’s emissions system was converted to be compliant in every state BUT California. I have uploaded 85 pictures and 11 documents that can be seen at: Photobucket.com/550maranello. You will see service documents that show updates and servicing totalling $8,700 performed at a Ferrari dealer in LA at 5,600 miles. It received an oil service at or around 9,000 miles as well but I have yet to find these records. You will also see the DOT and EPA doc's that come with the car. The rear tires were replaced and the wheels were aligned at 11,400 miles. The engine runs silky smooth and the transmission operates perfectly. Everything works great including the ice cold a/c. The only flaws I have found are that both bumpers have been resprayed and that it could use a new black lip piece on the front. I have included pictures on the website that show the steel bumper brackets that the bumper covers attach to so that you can see there is no structural damage anywhere. Everything appears untouched and original. I have also included various pics of where fenders, suspension, etc. attach to the frame to show that they're also untouched and original. The car comes with one key and one alarm fob and the owner’s manual pictured. No tools included and the stereo needs its security code which I haven't had time to look for.
