For Sale: Mint condition 2009 R1200GS Special Edition. 380 miles (!) I bought this as a keeper, and have only put "maintenance miles" on it to keep the fluids running. It receintly had the 600 mile service done, so it's ready for the next 3,000 miles. Everything is in perfect condition and under full factory warranty until 10/23/12 (or 36,000 miles if you can rack that up in 6 months!). The special Edition is different from the regular GS in that it has Alpine White paint, Black cross spoke wheels (Adventure), two tone grey/black adjustable seat and aluminum cylinder head guards. I also fitted it with the HID low beam assembly and PIAA HID(!) driving lights. See pics. It comes complete with all keys, manuals, tool kit, service book etc. Clear California title in hand and ready to be signed over to the lucky new owner - this bike is as perfect as it gets unless you buy a new one, and obviously you can't as this Special Edition is long gone (only 150 were made). I need to make room in the garage (where it has been kept at all times) and I'm sorry to see it go, but it's crying for someone to actually ride it! I can show the bike at my house (zip 91307).
