Vehicle Detail

1993 Mustang GT 5.0 Video of the car can be seen here: http://youtu.be/rzqOvoyZjeQ I have thought long and hard and have decided to sell my ’93. I bought this car a couple years ago with plans to do a complete restoration. The reason that I bought this car is probably the reason one of you will buy it. It is 90+% ORIGINAL! No kid has hooked it up to a bottle of NOS or wired it with a trunk of subwoofers. If you're looking for a Fox Body, you don't want one that has been hacked at for 20 years. THE PRO’S: EVERYTHING WORKS! That means the lights, switches, windows, locks, and even both lumbar supports in the bucket seats. The car has 147K miles and still runs great. The engine does not leak at all or blow smoke. The transmission shifts great and may have a shift kit installed. Tires are about a year old and have aprox. 4k miles on them. The spare tire and OEM jack are still in the trunk. Most of the sensors were replaced about a year ago when the car started running real bad. I replaced the distributor, ignition module, throttle position sensor, EGR valve, Idle air control sensor, and the air charge temp sensor. After all that, I pulled the ECU (computer) and found that it was bad so I replaced it and she ran perfect. I changed out all the old dingy front lights and turn signal lights. I replaced the carpet and underlying insulation about a year ago. I added a 130 amp alternator and wiring for an electric fan kit in the future. A/C has been switched to 134a and blows cold with a new clutch. Has a VIPER 5107 2-way alarm with remote start and long range receiver. CONS: Well the paint, for the most part is 20 years old. There look to be some blue areas that have been repainted but were blended well. There are areas where the clear-coat is chipping off as you can see in the pictures. There are a couple dings and scratches, a couple dings are on the roof and I tried to show them in the picture but they are very hard to see. The grey running boards on the driver side is looking dingy as you can see, but the passenger side boards were repainted before I bought the car. The passenger side quarter window has scratches from where some scumbag tried to break in. The steering box has the Ford grind but works fine. Another Fox Body issue is the High/Low beam switch (turn signal). When switching from Low to High and back, the headlights can flicker. All it takes is moving the switch again to make it stop. Its never been a problem so I never replaced it. Its a common problem and LRS makes a kit to fix it. The A/C works great as long as the car isnt stuck in traffic when its 100 degrees. The stock OEM fan does not draw enough air through the evaporator at idle and stopped in traffic. I used to drive this car from TX to Louisiana once a month in the summer and was very comfortable. An electric aftermarket fan should help. Other than that, its what you would expect for being 20 years old. The following are the only upgrades that have been done: Cold air intake 130 amp alternator. OEM radio has been replaced, speakers are original. On Jan-29-12 at 13:48:55 PST, seller added the following information: ******UPDATE****** I somehow forgot to post interior pictures and because the car has a bid AND I already have 24 pictures posted, eBay will not let me remove and add interior shots! So, I have uploaded a video to YouTube and a BUNCH of pictures to Photobucket. The links are listed below. !!!!!CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! http://s1149.photobucket.com/albums/o597/heliguy77/! http://youtu.be/rzqOvoyZjeQ!
