OK, Here is a listing for What in past 2 years was going to be my toy. Times change and priorities change. With that said. This is a 1970 Chevy Short bed C-10 Step-side Pickup. It has a lot of parts replaced or rebuilt. The Good: THE ENGINE IS A 350 SMALL BLOCK BORED .030 (355) WITH FLAT TOP PISTONS, Less than 800 miles. IT HAS OLD SCHOOL CAMEL HUMP 462 HEADS, OPENED UP TO 202/160 VALVES, SCREW IN STUDS, GUIDE PLATES. IT HAS A 280/480 CRANE CAM AND LIFTERS, DOUBLE ROLLER TIMING GEARS, PRO COMP DOUBLE ROLLERS 1.6 RATIO. IT HAS ALUMINUM OIL PAN, TIMING COVER, EDLEBROCK VALVE COVERS, AND MATCHING AIR CLEANER. ALSO A NEW 750 EDLEBROCK CARB / MANUAL CHOKE, Headers, High Rise Polished Intake. TURBO 350 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION W/ SHIFT KIT. IT HAS A 1972 GRILL, LIGHTS AND BUMPER ON FRONT FROM LMC TRUCK. New tires 255/7015 B.F.Goodrich Radial T/A, Front are Firestone 275/60/15 at 80% or better, I also have two more matching 275/60/15 at 70% or better to go with. It has 2.5 inch pipes front to rear with 24 inch stainless tips, it has 456 gear under rear-end. It Starts and runs and drives great. Have CLEAR TN TITLE IN HAND READY TO GO . THE BAD: Body wise it needs some work, cab issues that all this model has, floor pans, rockers, it had new rockers attempted prior to me buying truck not so good,They were not installed professionally. wood in bed is OK, not original, needs factory rear bumper, has a bumper not factory. but workable. Bottoms of doors are rusted out. Brakes pull to left when applied hard, but stops no problem. This truck is not perfect, but is a great starter point to go to next level, daily driver or show or hot rod???? I have 100% feedback. I will answer any question I can for you about the truck. The truck was originally a six cyl, 3 on column. It was converted V-8 and Automatic with a Hurst floor shift, It has had the column swapped to factory Auto column, but one piece of linkage is still missing to hook column shifter up. The floor shift still functions perfectly. It has power steering, new chrome pump, and all pulleys are aluminum, with polished flex fan. Several other parts to go with truck, emblems, door handles, amber parking lights, shifter linkage, clutch pedal, etc. The engine is a 4 bolt main block, and HEI distributor. Hope this helps.
