Just traded and up on the block is this clean 1997 Acura 3.5 RL Luxury Sedan. Overall a nice car but minor work is needed to make it perfect. The body is nice and clean and the paint has a nice finish. There are a few scratches and minor dings here and there, but over all, makes a nice appearance. The drivers door handle is a little loose, but works fine. The interior is in excellent condition. The seats are excellent, showing very little wear. The rugs, dash, headliner and door panels are in excellent shape as well. The only flaw is the cup holder cover is missing on the center console. The power sunroof works perfect and does not leak. All power options work well including the factory sound system, A/C and heat. Mechanically, the 3.5 Ltr V6 runs good and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears. There is a slight vibration that sounds like a wheel bearing in the rear. The area needing the most attention is the "clock spring" in the steering column. The controls on the steering wheel are not working including the horn. The SRS light is on and the Check Engine Light is on as well as I am told this is due to the clock spring. In addition, the speedometer is not working and the LED showing the mileage is out. Refer to the CarFax for the mileage. Last inspection showed around 189,000 written on the back of the inspection sticker, if thats accurate? I can not make an accurate representation of the miles. The title reads EXEMPT. The tires and brakes are good all around. I have a clear title in hand, two keys with remotes and all the books. This Acura is being offered at NO RESERVE. Please email all questions.
