This is an original 1973 Chevrolet Camaro 350ci 4bbl L48 "K" code engine, factory 4 speed. Purchased new at Paramount Chevrolet in Downey, California.The original owner was a Marine & lived in Long Beach. He owned it for 37 years & sold it in 2010 to his close friend that served with him. It was barley driven the last 15 years. The second owner had the intention on restoring & bringing it back to original condition. Early this month his dream came to reality that his financial situation came first. Up for auction for the first time anywhere at 3 Days & No Reserve Has power steering & Disc brakes.The original color combination was Silver with Black vinyl interior. Spent it's entire life in Southern California with it's original Blue plate. The undercarriage remains all factory & in good shape for being original. Clean frame structure & floorboards. The trunk compartment is bone stock & has the factory spatter. The Camaro was repainted once a very light color toward grey. Over 35 years ago. The trunk lid still remains the original Silver paint. The interior is pretty much complete & stock. The original door panels are intact & in nice shape. I do have the original radio in the trunk. Factory buckets & console. As you can see in the photos, it need's to have a total restoration. Has some rust, dings, a minor dent & small primer spots. Front windshield has rust as they causally do. It does run / drive / shift / brake. The engine is old & appears to be original. It's tired but can be driven around. Has the factory rallye wheels but missing the center caps. Overall, it's complete but will need to be restored. A great restoration project for someone looking for a rare factory 4 speed Camaro. Does have the original ID sticker that does match the clear California title.
