It also has, six-way power heated driver and front passenger seats, along with foglights, heated outside mirrors, side-mounted assist steps and a programmable HomeLink transmitter for opening garage doors or automatic gates. This 5.3 liter V8 is also capable of running, regular gas OR gasoline/ethanol fuel blends.DetailsThese are built on the same platform as GM's full-size trucks, the Tahoe inherits the strength and durability of its workhorse brethren. This redesign gives the Tahoe new sheet metal with enhanced corrosion protection and stronger dent-resistant steel. GM engineers further enhanced Tahoe's sturdiness with redesigned door hinges that last four times as long.Under the hood, this 2002 Tahoe is the 5300 V8 with 285 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. I had this exact same SUV for 7 years in the same color, same options (LT) and always regretted sell it. It was the best all around SUV I ever had and the family loved it. When I had the option to buy this one I jumped on it. And, this on is just as nice as my old one, even better. This is the perfect vehicle of doing everything.

This LT model has the optional Premium Ride Suspension. It also has, six-way power heated driver and front passenger seats, along with foglights, heated outside mirrors, side-mounted assist steps and a programmable HomeLink transmitter for opening garage doors or automatic gates.

This 5.3 liter V8 is also capable of running, regular gas OR gasoline/ethanol fuel blends.

Details

These are built on the same platform as GM's full-size trucks, the Tahoe inherits the strength and durability of its workhorse brethren. This redesign gives the Tahoe new sheet metal with enhanced corrosion protection and stronger dent-resistant steel. GM engineers further enhanced Tahoe's sturdiness with redesigned door hinges that last four times as long.

Under the hood, this 2002 Tahoe is the 5300 V8 with 285 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. All that power runs through an electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission. This 5.3 motor is one of the best motors that GM has produced. My friend has a 1500 Pick Up with the same motor with 220,000 miles. He has done nothing but oil changes. This Tahoe also has the flexible fuel version of the 5300 V8 which allows it to burn either gasoline/ethanol fuel blends that produce less harmful emissions.

Interior

Inside is the innovative 50/50 split third-row seat that provides superior cargo flexibility and can carry 7 passengers. This Tahoe... has a host of advanced safety features, including four-wheel ventilated disc antilock brakes, front-seat side-impact airbags, seat-mounted safety belts in the first- and third-row outboard positions, and energy-absorbing foam on the interior surfaces. .

This Tahoe also has the OnStar vehicle assistance system just in case you venture a little too far from civilization. This Tahoe is one tough truck that can still handle itself well about town. With a roomy and comfortable interior, it makes for a great weekend-getaway machine. Overall Condition:

Not being the original owner of this automobile means savings for you. There are no signs that this vehicle has ever been smoked in. Exterior is free of any damage. The exterior condition of this vehicle shows that it was garaged. This vehicle does have some defects. Please read the description carefully. the power side view mirrors do not work and have to be adjusted manually, I just set them and forget about it.
