This is a legally binding contract and the last bidder will be the owner of this great vehicle. 2001 Dodge 3500 Dually One of the bestselling and dependable work trucks based upon industry standards, the Dodge 3500 dually is not only a proven work truck, it is also a comfortable driver. The original red paint is in decent condition with scratches and chips throughout, but overall looks good. The rear fenders have cracks which are typical in dually trucks. The tires are in good condition as are the bumpers. The windshield is cracked, but the windows are in good condition. The headache rack is in great condition and allows for multiple applications. The front grill has a crack but still works great. The interior of the truck is in decent work truc condition. The drivers seat has a rip in the side but the seats are in good condition. The gauges and dash are in good condition with minor cracks. The RPM gauge is currently not working. The carpet is in decent condition with a few stains and signs of wear. The cummins engine runs and drives but it may need service. The engine has a front balancer vibration and noise, both vibration and noise goes away after a few minutes of the truck running. It does not allways makes the noice and vibration many time the truck runs and drives without noise and vibration. Overall it will need some type of engine service. We purchase vehicle at auction and we have only own the truck for a few days we are not the original owners and we are not diesel mechanics please dont ask us as to what is wrong or what specific repairs it needs with the engine as we honestly dont know. We are simply offering it for sale AS IS with known need for service or repair. The 5 speed transmission shifts smooth and goes into gear without grinding clutch is also in good shape. If we list a car as a classic, the following is what you should expect: Concourse Quality = This is the highest rating we can give a classic car. The vehicle usually has gone through a meticulous, no expense spare restoration. Museum Quality = This is a top rating given to vehicles that have gone through professional restorations have and have been very well kept or are in top original survivor condition. Investment Quality = Mid top range for a classic vehicle that is worthy of collecting. Is solid and well kept through-out and has value in its originality and condition, which is expected to appreciate with time. Drivers Quality = These are collector vehicles that are in good enough shape to be a proud owner and driver. These vehicles most likely wont win shows, but will impress most drivers in the street. Driver quality vehicles do need maintenance and attention in certain areas since many are 40 and 50 year old and attention to keep them driving safely in the streets is constantly needed. Project Quality = We very rarely offer projects and as the word implies these are vehicles that need extended amounts of work and restoration. These areas of conditions are gray, meaning some vehicles are in between areas, a vehicle may be an investment driver or museum investment, etc. We post numerous pictures and give a brief description of the vehicle. If a car sells for $5,000, you are buying a car within that range of price; in respect to value, collectability, and condition. In the unforeseen situation that there is a major description discrepancy (this is where the 3rd party inspection or a personal inspection is an essential tool), as a last resort a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, can be used to mutually resolve an honest possible misunderstanding.
