Never noticed? You will now!! Here's ANOTHER beautiful 2 owner car that I've acquired! Fresh new car store trade in. I'm not a huge red fan, but my professional detailer just gave this car a new life! The car is ready for the worst elements you can throw at it. Gorgeous shine looks justlikenew2u! Seriously.....ridiculous shine for a 10year old car. I can count on one hand how many dings there are. No major dents. No signs of any accidents or major repairs. Beautiful car that is a joy to drive. I've logged a couple hundred miles to ensure it's reliability. I've performed my usual inspection and have replaced the timing belt (was overdue), timing idler pulley and spark plugs. ALL the fluids/coolant are clean. No noticable oil/coolant leaks. The battery is a VERY recent AC Delco replacement and the tires are recent as well. The car starts, runs, shifts, and drives straight with zero vibrations, pulling, or suspension/drivetrain noises. Brakes will throw you thru the dash, if needed, with no pulsing. This is a true buy and drive car. Check my excellent feedbacks. BID BUY and DRIVE with 100% CONFIDENCE!! NO RESERVE! The front end has minimal rock chips. Hood looks spectacular and you will easily flaunt this car at your favorite car wash spots! Tires are easily 80%+ tread left. No noises on vibration-free rims! Only missing a few centercaps...but those are easily replaceable via junkyard. Seriously....the body has minimal dings....as in I can't really find any. The only thing that shines nicer than the paint is the glass! Rear bumper cover has minimal scrapes. I hate to use the term "highway miles" (how did the car GET to the highway?) but it has to explain the lack of body issues and HIGH AUTOCHECK SCORE! Above and below are 2 surface rust(???) spots that aren't rusty...just paint chipped and touched up...above at the body seam and below most likely from debris over the years and no mudflaps. Note the newness of the tire! Unseen is the 12" long windsheild crack on the upper passenger side. While driving, you can barely notice it since it's up high in the tinted area on passenger side of rearview mirror. Couldn't get an effective picture of it. Not worth replacing...NO WAY it's blocking view or hazzardous. Above and below are the ONLY exterior eyesores....the cracked front bumper cover....which a little superglue should clean right up....yes superglue and a little patience! And below...the dime-sized surface rust spot....again....lack of mudflaps. Onto the interior!! EASILY a 9.5 out of 10 in appearance! Steering wheel and seat bolster has minimal wear. ZERO flaws, cuts, tears, holes....anything to speak of. As you can see below...ALL the dummy lights illuminate as they should upon startup with ONLY the "airbag" light staying on during run. I'm sorry as I don't have a code reader for the airbag system to check. This is a common issue on the S40 cars...usually a sensor that renders only that portion unarmed. ALL power items like windows, heated seats, radio, A/C, heat, sunroof, cruise, lighting, climate control, info panel, etc...work as they should. I cannot stress how awesome the heated seats feel on a sore lower back! ONLY the power mirrors don't move left (up, down, right work fine) which leads me to believe it's the joystick switch. Again...junkyard replacement is easy. You may have noticed, I didn't include a driver's rear door shot....for whatever reason, that door lock is stuck partway....it won't allow me to open the door. It looks to be just the locking mechanism that is affecting the doorlatch (unlocks but not all the way, binding the latch). Below the complete spare tire setup is intact as are the factory floormats. Factory manuals are included with one working keyfob and one factory key. Notice the 2009 emissions PASS tag. Engine compartment is clean enough to eat off of. Remember....recent maintenance. No worries. No headaches. READY TO GO ANYWHERE you take it! Now you're at the bottom. Hopefully I've covered the main specifics of the car and eased your mind.
