I acquired this vehicle as a local trade in, it appears to be a one owner vehicle. This car is AMAZING, it is extremely powerful with the twin turbo 3.0 liter inline 6 cylinder engine. The car is VERY sharp, it runs and drives as a dream. The exterior is in amazing shape with no major cosmetic flaws. The interior is in amazing condition with no rips or tears in the seating. All the options and features work as expected. The best part of this is the vehicle is still under the BMW Manufacturer Warranty until 1/25/2012 or 50k miles, it is also under the BMW Maintenance Program and the car has just been fully serviced at the local BMW dealer, this is an incredible value to the new buyer. With the car being under warranty, it can easily be extended if you chose. Per the vehicle history report it appears that the car was involved in a minor left front accident in 3/2009, the car has a clean title and any repairs made appear to be done with the utmost professionalism. It was sold to me with the possibility of frame involvement, the car has a clean title, it is not salvage nor branded, in the effort of full disclosure I am stating what I know. I have had the alignment checked at BMW and everything was fine (I have the document/scan from BMW). I have had the car raised and looked at underneath and everything appears fine.
