1978 Dodge Monaco One Owner Estate Sale Car in good condition, new battery, fresh tune up and oil change. I manage the storage lot where the car has been stored. The car runs good,shifts good and stops good. I manage the storage facility where this car is being stored. Has been garage kept and driven until May of 2011. the car is clean runs good, new battery and oil was changed recently. The owner(97)made sure the car ran well and maintained the running of it regularly over the years despite not driving it other than 2-3 miles a week in recent history. The car will be SOLD AS IS and has to be moved by Saturday January14 2012 storage fees after that date will be the new owners responsibility. I know this is shortly after the auction ends and time may be needed to arrange pick up and however if more time is needed, this is easily remedied by paying for the vehicle on time and emailing, requesting more time for pick up. Provided it is paid for on time, an additional weeks grace is automatic, if more time is needed beyond that it will be arranged at that time with the new owner.
