Hey everyone. I am selling my 1977 VW Bus. Always wanted one, but need to sell it to fund Tattoo Shop. I bought the bus in early 2010 and in the last 4 months I have put $2200 in the motor. It runs great. Here is a list of what has been done to it. New Carburetor kit. 2 singly barrel.New DistributerNew Fuel PumpNew CoilNew spark plug wires and plugsNew fuel tank and linesNew BatteryTires only have $1000 miles West End Garage adjusted the valves, set timing, adjusted carbs and installed new fuel pump. I have all receipts for all items bought as well as work done at the garage. I have bought a new starter that will also be sent with the bus. The current starter works fine, but it gets hot after driving a long distance and needs to cool for about 20 minutes or so before it will start. I am buying a new one so I feel good about selling it to someone. The bus is running like new. It does not have A/C, but it does have heat. The bus came stock with fuel injection. I still have all original fuel injection. This is a rare AUTOMATIC transmission. I payed $7500 last year and have invested $2200. Good luck bidding.
