Up for auction is this very clean 1999 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 with only 85,000 miles on it! This vehicle came to us recently on trade and looks to have been very well maintained by its one previous owner! The car comes with a clean carfax and good pennsylvania state inspection stickers that expire at the end of Feb 2012. The vehicle has not been inspected by Nissan of Devon however on our test drive of the vehicle we have gathered the following information and have passed it along to all of our ebay customers. The vehicle starts, runs and drives as it should HOWEVER the vehicle's check engine light is illuminated at this time and when placing the vehicle into 4x4 mode the transfer case did make a noise. The vehicle drove and shifted (we had it at 45 mph on Route 30) but we felt we should be very clear that the 4x4 will need to be addressed and diagnosed by a mechanic. The vehicle also has two rust spots worth mentioning and we took photos of both. The first is on the drivers side rear wheel well and the second is on the rear bumper on the drivers side. The vehicle is extremely clean inside with no smells and the leather appears to be brand new. We cannot stress how nice the interior of this vehicle is. Take a look at the pics to get an idea of just how nice the inside of the vehicle is. The inside of this truck makes it clear that it was well taken care of. The leather is spotless and all the power options worked as they should. There were no smells of any kind or odors.
