New York State Limited Warranty-Used Motor Vehicle.
1) Term-A.) If the odometer reading is 36,000 miles or less, this warrranty lasts for 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first. B.) If the odmoeter reading is more than 36,000 miles, but less than 80,000 miles, this warranty lasts for 60 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. If the odometer reading is 80,000 miles or more, but less than 100,000 miles, this warranty lasts for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. The term begins on the date the warranty is signed by Dealer.
2) Coverage-This warranty applies to the following items which are called "Covered Parts":
A.) Engine-all lubricated parts, water pump,fuel pump,manifolds, engine block, cylinder head, rotary engine housings and flywheel.
B.) Transmission- transmission case, internal parts and torque converter.
C.) Drive axle- front and rear drive axle housings and internal parts, axle shafts, propeller shafts and universal joints.
D.) Brakes- master cylinder, vacuum assist booster, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines and fittings and disc brake callipers.
E.) Radiator.
F.) Steering- steering gear housing and all internal parts, power steering pump, valve body, pinion and rack.
G.) Alternator, generator, starter, ignition system excluding the battery.
THERE ARE NO OTHER COVERED PARTS.
If any Covered Part failes during the term of this warranty and if yu notify the Dealer of that failure during the term of the warranty, Dealer shall either repair the Covered Part at no cost to you for either labor or parts or Dealer may choose to reimburse you for the reasonable cost of repairing the failure of a Covered Part.
3) EXCLUSIONS- This warranty shall not be honored if the failure of a Covered Part was caused by:
A.) Lack of customary maintenance;
B.) collision, abuse, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, or casualty and from the environment such as windstorm, lightining, road hazard, flood, etc;
C.) alteration of a Covered Part which caused it to fail;
D.) racing or other competition;
E.) towing a trailer or another vehicle unless the vehicle is equipped for towing as recommended by the manufacturer.
This warranty SHALL NOT APPLY: if the odometer has been stopped or altered such that the vehicles's acual mileage cannot be readily determined; or if the vehilce is rented to someone else or used to carry passengers for hire. This warranty DOES NOT APPLY if the purchase price of the vehicle is less that $1,500; if the vehicle is a classic car registered under applicable law; or if the vehicle is a motorcycle, motor home or off-road vehicle. This warranty DOES NOT PROVIDE such things as: a motor tuneup; maintenance services and the parts and materials used for such services such as seals, gaskets, oil or grease unless thy are required in connection with the repair of a Covered Part; repair of valves and/or rings to correct low compression and/or oil consumption which are Considered normal wear. To the extent permitted by law, DEALER SHALL NOT MAKE ANY COMPENSATION FOR: PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OR ALLEGEDLY ARISING OUT OF THE FAILURE OF A COVERED PART; LOSS OF THE USE OF THE VEHICLE; LOSS OF TIME; INCONVENIENCE; COMMERCAIL LOSS OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. DEALER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION TO YOU AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FORM DEALER IS FOR DEALER TO PERFORM ACCORDING TO THIS WARRANTY.
THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARRANTY. TO THE EXTNET PERMITTED BY LAW, THERE AER NOT OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MADE BY DEALER IN CONNECTION WTH YOUR PURCASHE OF THIS VEHICLE.
4 Claims-All questions and claims abut thie warranty sould be presented to dealer's authorized representative listed below. You must present the warranty when you make a claim.
5 There are no other promises, understandings, commitments or obligations, oral or written, which are not contained in the warranty. You may not transfer this warranty to anyone other than your spouse or child.
Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Payment: Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has five days to pay. Payment should be in form of Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or proceeds from a loan.
Fee and Tax Information:
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, title fees and or registration fees and all fees asociated with optaining said documents. In addition, the buyer will be charged $75.00, for porcessing application for registration and/or certtificate of title, and for securing special or distinctive plates, (If Applicable). This is not a DMV fee.
