A fun bike to ride and, gets a lot of great comments.So you know exactly what you're bidding on:This bike is Great daily commuter for mixed city and highway riding but, it is not a museum piece or a street fighter. I've done everything within my science to update some of the older parts, ( A lot of really stiff rubber stuff), and tweaked and tuned it so it runs the way I need it to for my daily riding. The bike is very solid mechanically and, would make a great candidate for a frame-up restoration. If I were keeping it, that's what I would do but, it is beyond my resources so, my hope is that the winning bid goes to someone who can give it the TLC it deserves.Some of what I've done:* Had carbs professionally rebuilt* New OEM seat cover* New springs in clutch* New brushes in Alternator* Both tires have about 2k miles on them.* Lots of new o-rings gaskets and other perishable items* New oil and filter (Royal Purple full synthetic)* Ceramic coated RC Performance headersIssues:* Pinstriping is a bit faded and, there's a scratch on the right side of the tank that doesn't go into the metal.* Tach needle is broken.
