The car is original, with very clean, straight lines and does not appear to have ever been in an accident. Undercarriage was inspected on a lift were repairs are most easily noticed. This car has not been in an accident. The car runs and drives great and almost everything works.The A/C has just been recently serviced and it Blows Ice cold, system holds pressure and is not leaking.Car shifts smoothly up and down, the synchronizers are in good shape and the gears do not grind if shifted properly .All Panels are straight with no signs of any bodywork ever. This Alfa is a true Southern Gent., has always been in the South Carolina / Florida/ Atlanta . No Snow or Corrosive Salt. Very clean undercarriage, still has all the original undercoating.The Paint and Interior are in good condition for a 1989.The Convertible Top is new and it opens and closes very well. The Interior of the top is very clean as well.The Dashboard is in excellent shape and shows no cracks at all. The engine is smooth, runs very strong, pulls very strongly through all the gears , burns and leaks no oil and always starts right up. The Engine has many more miles left in her. Everything is as it came from factory, nothing under the hood has been repaired or replaced incorrectly! The Engine does not leak or burns any oil. Fuel Injection systems works well.The Car runs all day at about 180 degrees and does not overheat at all.The car drives straight, does not pull, is tight and does not vibrate at high or low speeds and has no strange rattles or squeaks.The tires are like new and rims are in very good shape with very little tread wear.The brakes Stop the car well and make no strange noises. Horn, Headlights, Fog Lights, Blinkers, Gauges, Brake and Backup Lights, Idiot Lights, Courtesy Lights, Dashboard Lights, Trunk Lights, License Plate Light, Brake Lights, Tachometer , Speedometer , Odometer and Trip Odometer, Windshield Wipers / Spray for the windshield, Warning Buzzers, Power mirrors and Power Windows all work!This Alfa has a recent “ Ansa” Performance Exhaust and sounds great driving down the road.The car also has a New High End Sony Radio/ CD player Model cdx-gt420u with a remote control and USB port included, with Sony speakers.The car is stunning as a Daily Driver and needs nothing mechanically.The Mileage is actual. The odometer and tripometer work well. Not a car that shows 55,000 Miles when in actuality has over 190,000 miles. I would be highly suspect of 20 year old cars portrayed to have only 50k miles, really now! I put more miles a year than that on my mountain bike lol!I drive this car every day with no issues. You can drive it all day with confidence. Car has a clear / clean title and a clear car fax report.Cons:Minor Dings and chips mainly where a front Bra would placed, paint is faded/sun damaged/discolored in limited areas: Trunk about 1 inch by 2 inches and 15 in. x 4 in. Hood about 3 in. x 3 in. and 12 in. x 6 in. Passenger side door has what appears to be Sap Stains. Front spoiler ( $139.50 part from Int. Auto Parts) is bent and has a dent although a body should would repair this, not necessary to buy a new part.Spare tire wheel well has some very minor Surface rust, it is not rusted through at all. Speedometer sticks as does drivers side power mirror (motor works). Drivers and passenger seat is cracked, carpet is faded/stained and has a small tear on the drivers side under the mat. Trunk carpet with Alfa emblem is in good shape. Glove box ( $29.95 part at Mathews Int. Auto Parts) compartment door is warped as are the door panels ( easily purchased from international auto parts).Oil/Filter and air filter need to be changed in 2k miles as should the brake pads( est.)
