1958 CHEV IMPALA CONVT. 348 ENGINE, AUTO TRANS, RED WITH RED & SILVER INTERIOR. I WAS TOLD BY PREVIOUS OWNER THAT IT WAS THE ORIGINAL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, BUT I CAN’T SAY FOR SURE. IT HAS BEEN PARKED IN MY HEATED GARAGE. FIRST TIME IT HAS BEEN OUT IN A YEAR AND A HALF WAS YESTERDAY, WHEN I CHANGED THE BATTERY AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP. CAR RAN AND DROVE FINE. AFTER A SHORT TEST DRIVE I NOTICED THE WATERPUMP WAS DRIPPING A LITTLE BIT. CAR HAS OLDER RESTORATION THAT WAS DONE APPROX. 11 YEARS AGO, THEN I HAD THE INTERIOR AND TOP REPLACED ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO BECAUSE I DIDN’T LIKE THE COLOR IT WAS.
