Did you know nearly every movie has a Volvo in it?? Never noticed?? You will now!! Here's another gorgeous ONE OWNER example of a dealer kept Volvo from justlikenew2u! I've been personally driving this car over the last few days to ensure it's reliability. Buy it for your new teen driver. Buy for your second car or work beater. Plow thru the snow while others are stuck on the side of the road. Enjoy 24-28mpg all day, like I have, in the safest most reliable car on the road! Don't forget to inspect the HIGH RANKING AUTOCHECK!!! It even shows some of the recent important DEALER servicing! Recently returned from a professional detail waxed and ready for the winter, the car, especially for it's age, looks great! But....it's not to say it doesn't have it's scratches and stains. A few bird droppings and rock chips barely jump out over it's shine! It looks like a mirror....I love black toys!! My personal vehicle is a black 98 S70 T5 with 220k! Below there are the typical rockchips but it seriously looks like an 80k car. Bumper covers front and rear have minimal scratches and scuffs with no cracks or damages. The body is an easy 9 our of 10 save for the typical wear over it's 11 years on the road. Absolutely zero visible rust to be found on the car. Tho I'm no body man, there are no signs of any accidents or maor repairs. Below: Come on.....look at that reflection!!! WOW! Tires are nearly new and matching all the way around on damage-free/vibration-free rims. Unseen are the recent brakes front and rear. As stated above, the rear bumper cover has typical nicks and scratches but definitely looks half it's age! Shine continues over the entire car! The body is super straight and I honestly can only count on one hand how many dings there are. You can's see it because it's so small and minor....but the right lower part of the tailight as a dime sized hole in it on the side. NOT a "white" taillight....no need for replacement. The interior is nice but has seen better days. The leather steering wheel cover looked hideous so I neatly trimmed off the upper portion...it actually looks pretty good. There is a hardly noticible crack in the driver's speaker grill. The driver deat bolster is barely worn yet it has this hole in the lower portion of the seat. This tan leather didn't hold up so well on the Euro cars anyway. A trip to the junkyard or 2 should net you a replacement seat if needed! I'd just leave it and drive. ALL the power items work as they should like the heated seats, power driver's, dual climate control, sunroof, windows, lock, cruise, radio, ABS/Traction control, etc!! Only complaint I had besides the tear in the seat, was the dome light actuator is finnicky....the lights work, but sometimes the driver's door (or whichever door) doesn't read the door being closed. A quick flip of the switch shuts em off. As you can see, there are NO dummy lights illuminated during run and all light up upon startup as they should. Below that you will see the radio displaying "CODE". I have acquired the CODE for it from Volvo already...remember I have been driving the car and I would have gone nuts from no tunes!! The radio code is written on top of the radio for you. The spare setup is intact. Sorry no factory floormats but as you can see, the factory books and dealership info are here! Only on key and no keyfob tho. Lisle Volvo recently serviced this car for sure as the oil change tag says so! Upon my inspection, I see a Volvo timing belt no older than 25k. New platinum NGK spark plugs. Clean oil, trans fluid and coolant. UNSEEN: I even installed a NEW upper polyeurethane motor mount and NEW lower passenger side motor mount. Being an AWD car, they tend to be hard on the mounts and it is very normal for them to be worn. No problems, just normal usage. NO WORRIES FOR YOU! No signs of any major oil or coolant leaks anywhere. The front to back drivetrain (CV joints, boots, driveshafts, differentials) is quiet and smooth. I didn't post the engine picture for some reason but will add them to the updated area below. Normal view there....altho you will see a MONTH OLD Battery installed! The only "issue" (for lack of a better word) is that during idle, the car's idle randomly fluctuates about 100-200 rpms...yes 200. Minor I know, but it's there and I disclose everything I know. There is no engine light or code stored so maybe just a dirty idle air control (IAC) solenoid if there is one. Maybe have it cleaned in the future. No different than when the air conditioning kicks on. I've driven it without a hitch. Speaking of air-conditioning, the system has pressure, but will need a recharge come spring for proper actuation.
