NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!! HIGHEST BIDDER WILL WIN THIS CAR!!!!!!!! Please read entire listing! I am going to describe everything about this car good and the bad to the best of my ability. Look at my feedback. I stand behind everything I sell 100%. I will describe everything about this car including all of the bad stuff other sellers do not want you to find out about. Everyone else tries to hide the bad stuff and hopes you will not find out. I disclose everything known to me. Please look at all photographs as I have tried to capture all flaws. Absolutely beautiful 2006 Jetta TDI. Occasionally I get a car in that I really do not want to sell and this is definitely one of those. I have been driving for the last few weeks and the gas gauge is just now showing empty. This car is amazing. It is a diesel but nobody that has gone for a ride with me could tell. This thing is whisper quiet. If you really listen hard you can sort of hear what sounds like a diesel. VW really got it right on this generation Jetta TDI. This car is in a totally different class than the previous generation car. The DSG gearbox is an awesome upgrade from the slushbox that the older generation cars had. It shifts so smooth that half the time you never notice it shifting. Exterior condition: The exterior of the car is in great to excellent condition with only two flaws worth noting. There is a crease about 5-6" long and maybe a 1/16" deep on the drivers side door that looks like it came from a bicycle pedal. You really have to look to see it. I could not get a good photo that showed it but nobody other than me has even noticed it.(I am really picky). The other ding is on the top of the trunk lid. It is about the size of a nickel and maybe a 1/8" deep. Both of these thing could be repaired by paintless dent repair if it bothers you. There are also some very slight bug chips on the front that are not really worth noting that you would expect on any car with 137k miles on it. The report shows that there has been an accident in the rear. I have thoroughly inspected the car and I cannot find any signs of paintwork. The repair was either just a bumper or performed with such attention to detail that it is nearly perfect. All of the body panels are VW parts and there is zero signs of anything other than superficial repair work and I cannot tell you where it has been done.(Again I am extremely picky on paint work and this is a 10 out of 10 repair work) Interior Condition: The interior of the car looks like it has 13k not 137k. It looks and feels new. The heated leather seats appear to have never been sat in. They look new. There are only three things that are not 100%. The big one is the headliner. It is starting to sag in the back around the light. This is really common these. It is not falling down just sagging. The top of the steering wheel has some wear in a section about 3" on the very top. The Drivers side master power window switch shows wear and some of the black is starting to come off. That is absolutely it. The rest of the interior is as new. All of the accessories work and the heated seats are just plain HOT! The radio has been upgraded with a high end Kenwood unit that has iPod inputs on the front of it. The stereo sounds great. Mechanical Condition: We thoroughly inspected this car from top to bottom. Since we got it in we have performed all services required. These include: Full Synthetic oil and filter change using all VW fluids and parts. Air filter service and Fuel Filter service. All work was performed using only VW Parts by our ASE Certified Master Technician. The upper timing cover was removed and we verified that the timing belt and water pump have been replaced previously. We unfortunately do not have any service records for the car so we do not know when they were replaced. The brakes have more than 50% left all the way around and stop very well. The tires have 15-20k miles left on them with about 5/32" of tread left. There are no other defects that we know of. This car does have more than 100K so we recommend all local buyer come and pick up the car and have it inspected by your own mechanic as all cars over 100K are 100% as is. These are extremely reliable cars that can run for a long time. Overall: This was obviously a car that was very well cared for. It is in far better condition than 90% of the Jettas that I have seen. The car runs and drives great and I would not hesitate to drive the car across country. The steering is the tightest and straightest of any car I have driven in the last 6 months. It just feels great to drive. The only negative for me is that I seem to want to drive about 90mph on the highway since it is so smooth and quiet at 70. You will not be disappointed in the condition of this car. We are a licensed dealer in the State of Georgia. All GA residents will have to pay sales tax and dealer fees of $200. All other buyers simply pay $125 dealer fee on top of the final bid price. A $500 Deposit is due within 24 hours and payment in full with cash or wire transfer is due within 72 hours. Loan checks from credit unions and banks are accepted from GA residents only. All other are on a case by case basis once I have talked with the lender.
