1971 CHEVROLET CAMARO SET AT 3 DAY AUCTION AT NO RESERVE This is a 1971 Chevrolet Camaro 1 owner factory 307 v8, She purchased the 1971 Chevy at Maurice J. Sopp & Son Chevrolet dealership in Huntington Park,Ca. ( Still haves the original dealership license frame) Camaro was built in Van Nuys,Ca & spending its entire life in Los Angeles area, Still remaining the original blue & yellow California plates, She drove the camaro thru all these years until 2008 when she became to elderly to drive anymore & had it parked in her driveway. In between those years years people would come & knock on her door asking if the camaro was for sell & her answer was always No. She even put up a sign in the back window saying "NOT 4 SALE". Until recently when she spoke with her daughter & decided that it is time for her to part with her camaro, Now up for sale here is her 1971 Chevrolet Camaro set at a 3 day auction at No Reserve. Camaro is a factory V8 "307 2bbl" with a automatic transmission and power steering. Engine compartment looks to remain very stock & original, Recently had the original carburetor rebuilt & poured some fresh gas & gave it a try & camaro started right up. Engine sound healthy & Runs & drives just fine. Tires are weather cracked, Brakes stop & transmission shifts smoothly. Camaro came factory Mulsanne Blue with Blue standard interior. One repaint back in 1987, Camaro remains all of its original body panels. Jambs are clean as well as under the doors, trunk is in clean original shape & still haves original factory trunk splatter, Still haves the factory driver door Chevrolet decal with vent on, As well you can spot original paint thru jambs + in trunk. Undercarriage a fine example of a dry California camaro & is in nice clean original shape as well including floors, frame rails & shock towers, Original quarters are in clean shape. Camaro does have a couple of small minor rust bubbles on the body & on the corner inside of the dash were it meets with windshield, Body does have some minor dents as seen in pics. Other then that body is in good shape & a fine example of a California Camaro with its original panels. Interior is pretty much bone stock original & will need to be redone. Missing the original radio, The console is half cracked so its missing bottom half. Glass is original & in good shape & roll up & down just fine.
