We are able to pass the savings on to our customers because we are not located in a big retail store on a major congested highway with 90 employees to pay, instead their is 3 of us, and we all pull our own weight in the whole process to make sure you, the customer, is 100% satisfied. *Due to being a small operation and small profit margins, we must keep the cash flow going to purchase more vehicles to sell and absolutely cannot afford to have unpaid vehicles sitting on our lot for more than 7 days (5 Business days), so with that being said we'll move on to the payment process. 1.When an auction is won (buy it now as well), a $500.00 USD deposit through Paypal is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. This deposit secures the vehicle for you, and is a NON REFUNDABLE, GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. This assures us that you are a serious buyer and are not just drunk on a saturday night or your child has accidently bought the vehicle. This is a business we are running and we are trying to help you save money, so help us by cooperating with our terms and conditions. If you get here to pick the vehicle up and it is nothing like we've desbribed or completely different than the pictures you may be eligable to get your deposit back, but this is solely at the descretion of the SELLER, this does not mean that if you see a scratch on the truck that our camera did not pick up that you are getting your money back, you have to understand that a camera is not going to pick every minor blemish on a vehicle, but at the same time you cannot go into Walmart and ask for a camera that takes horrible pictures, they don't make those. With all this being said, I do take pictures of all exterior panels (fenders, hoods, tailgate, etc.), all glass (windows, mirrors, windshield, etc.), underneath the vehicle (to show rust or if anything is missing), Under the hood (to show motor size and if anything is missing), and The interior (Carpet/flooring, headliner, dash, seats, gauges to show if any warning lights may be on, etc.) and I do this because I do not want anything to be a surprise when you get here. I don't like people wasting my time, so I don't want to waste anybody elses time by misrepresenting a vehicle. So we're clear on payments: 1. Deposit of $500.00 USD is due within 24 hours of auction end. 2. Full Payment of the vehicle is due within 7 days of auction end (5 business days) in UNITED STATES CURRENCY (USD) VIA Cashier's check; Bank Wire; or Cash (in person), please call Todd @ (904)-861-5272 if you have any questions regarding payment methods. If you cannot comply with these stipulations, your transaction may become void solely at the descretion of the seller. *Picking up your vehicle or shipping: If you are picking up your vehicle and are flying into JIA (JAX)*Jacksonville International Airport* we would be more than happy to give you a lift back to our facility at no charge, we are about 25 minutes from the airport so giving us your flight info is crutial in you not having to wait on us. We will track your flight to see if your flight is on time, so do not worry if your flight is delayed, we will know when you are arriving. Also, please be sure that you schedule your flight at a time that fits our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturdays 9AM-3PM). Scheduling your flight an hour or 2 before we close is the best idea, just in case of any traffic or flight delays, morning flights are the way to go. When you pick up your vehicle we will assign your vehicle with a Temporary tag that is good for 30 Days, this is so you can have time to register the vehicle and have time to get your hard plate or transfer your tag, we do not do tagwork outside of Florida. *Shipping: If you are shipping your vehicle, we can get you quotes within a couple of minutes we just need your City/State/Zip Code. Shipping includes from our front door to your front door and will be fully insured by the transport company. We ship vehicles out on a regular basis; as a matter of fact we ship about 75%of our sales all over the country and have not had an issue yet. The vehicle will be shipped once the vehicle has been paid for in full and the shipping time depends on the type of vehicle you purchased and your location, of course if your farther it is going to take a couple extra days so please be patient. Also if you need a 30-day temporary tag, it is $5.95 this is simply what it costs. Both of these fees are charged to every purchase and not charging it to any certain customer can get us in a lawsuit from previous buyers as descrimination, so saving you a little money is not worth getting in a legal battle, I'm sure you'll understand. If you are a Florida resident with a Florida Drivers license you must pay Florida sales tax (6%) along with your county surtax (ex.- DUVAL is 1% or $50 max), Please call us to figure out your county surtax. Also, if you are a Florida resident we must do your tagwork and titlework; Tag transfers, new tags, etc. Out of state buyers, it's a little easier, You pay the $299 Dealer fee and if you are picking up the vehicle we give you a temp tag for 30 days for $5.95. As far as taxes goes, you pay those when you get back to your home state. Please call us if you have any questions. *Title Information: In the state of Florida, most titles to motor vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In most cases, there is a delay recieving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is being paid off. While we usually have the titles in our possesion at the time of closing, sometimes this may not be the case, and we are still waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida (you may call the Florida DMV to verify) and gurantee a clean and clear title on all of our vehicles, unless otherwise stated in our description. Titles will be expeditied via UPS as soon as the title is in our possession. Here’s a 2005 Cadillac Escalade AWD 4x4 with 142,000 Miles. Absolutely gorgeous Cadillac here with all the goodies and clean as a pin inside and out and even underneath. The previous owner really took care of this truck, you can see in the 100 pictures I’ve taken that the leather looks like it had seat covers since day 1, the carpeting is very clean with very minimal stains, outside of the truck is in very good shape with the exception of a spot on the front bumper that was previously touched up but is acceptable; other than that the truck is like new. If you get here to pick the vehicle up and it is nothing like we've desbribed or completely different than the pictures you may be eligable to get your deposit back, but this is solely at the descretion of the SELLER, this does not mean that if you see a scratch on the truck that our camera did not pick up that you are getting your money back, you have to understand that a camera is not going to pick every minor blemish on a vehicle, but at the same time you cannot go into Walmart and ask for a camera that takes horrible pictures, they don't make those. With all this being said, I do take pictures of all exterior panels (fenders, hoods, tailgate, etc.), all glass (windows, mirrors, windshield, etc.), underneath the vehicle (to show rust or if anything is missing), Under the hood (to show motor size and if anything is missing), and The interior (Carpet/flooring, headliner, dash, seats, gauges to show if any warning lights may be on, etc.) and I do this because I do not want anything to be a surprise when you get here. I don't like people wasting my time, so I don't want to waste anybody elses time by misrepresenting a vehicle. So we're clear on payments: 1. Deposit of $500.00 USD is due within 24 hours of auction end. 2. *Picking up your vehicle or shipping:
If you are picking up your vehicle and are flying into JIA (JAX)*Jacksonville International Airport* we would be more than happy to give you a lift back to our facility at no charge, we are about 25 minutes from the airport so giving us your flight info is crutial in you not having to wait on us. We will track your flight to see if your flight is on time, so do not worry if your flight is delayed, we will know when you are arriving. Also, please be sure that you schedule your flight at a time that fits our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturdays 9AM-3PM). Scheduling your flight an hour or 2 before we close is the best idea, just in case of any traffic or flight delays, morning flights are the way to go. When you pick up your vehicle we will assign your vehicle with a Temporary tag that is good for 30 Days, this is so you can have time to register the vehicle and have time to get your hard plate or transfer your tag, we do not do tagwork outside of Florida.
*Shipping:
If you are shipping your vehicle, we can get you quotes within a couple of minutes we just need your City/State/Zip Code. Shipping includes from our front door to your front door and will be fully insured by the transport company. We ship vehicles out on a regular basis; as a matter of fact we ship about 75%of our sales all over the country and have not had an issue yet. The vehicle will be shipped once the vehicle has been paid for in full and the shipping time depends on the type of vehicle you purchased and your location, of course if your farther it is going to take a couple extra days so please be patient. *Taxes and Applicable Fees:
All Vehicle purchases are subject to a $299 Dealer Fee that helps us with the cost of doing business and making the transaction as easy as possible to our buyers. Also if you need a 30-day temporary tag, it is $5.95 this is simply what it costs. Both of these fees are charged to every purchase and not charging it to any certain customer can get us in a lawsuit from previous buyers as descrimination, so saving you a little money is not worth getting in a legal battle, I'm sure you'll understand.
If you are a Florida resident with a Florida Drivers license you must pay Florida sales tax (6%) along with your county surtax (ex.- DUVAL is 1% or $50 max), Please call us to figure out your county surtax. Also, if you are a Florida resident we must do your tagwork and titlework; Tag transfers, new tags, etc.

*Title Information:
In the state of Florida, most titles to motor vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In most cases, there is a delay recieving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is being paid off. While we usually have the titles in our possesion at the time of closing, sometimes this may not be the case, and we are still waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida (you may call the Florida DMV to verify) and gurantee a clean and clear title on all of our vehicles, unless otherwise stated in our description.
