This auction is for my BMW R1200C - the famous and well-loved cruiser by BMW. They only made this bike for 11 years and now finding ones in such good shape is tough. This bike is really in excellent shape. The custom two-up seat matches the colors of the bike nicely. Saddlebags are in great shape and are removable. This is the model with ABS and heated handlebar grips which are both wonderful additions to the bike. If you've never ridden a bike with BMW's boxter motor, you're missing out. The motor sticks out horizontally and helps lower the center of gravity and counterbalance your leaning into turns by keeping half the engine weight like ballast sticking out over the turn. It is the smoothest and best balanced bike I've ever ridden. New front and rear brake pads last week. I'm the second owner of this bike and have only put about 2000 miles on the bike since I purchased it. The first owner bought it new from BMW and used it as a commuter bike to work. It was originally purchased in Georgia so there is no rust or any kind of weather effects visible. It was garage kept while he owned it and I keep it under cover in my locked driveway. Clear title in hand ready to go. Want to get some of my motorcycles sold so I can get my driveway cleaned and organized. Bike is obviously being sold as is. Its a 2001 model year bike so it's not perfect. But as far as what is available for these bikes, this one is in excellent shape. I make no guarantees about the bike and all buyers purchase at their own risk. That being said, I've been riding it to work every day this week and will every day next week so she's running great.
