This one has a Virginia (Non-Repairable) status on the Title so it can only be rebuilt in some states like Kentucky and a few others so please check with your states DMV to see if this truck can be rebuilt in your state. Here we have a hard to find 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Crew-Cab Shortbed 4X4 with the LT Pkg. and loaded with options including the better 6.6 Liter Duramax Diesel. This is the sought after LBZ version without any DPF exhaust emission junk to smother these great engines. It also is the first year for the improved 6-Spd. Allison Transmission with manual Shift Mode. This one has a Banks Six-Gun programmer, Banks Upgraded Intercooler, Banks Cold air Intake system and a Complete Banks Exhaust system. Banks does the complete Pkg. like this and it is computer designed and Dyno Tested to work with all the other components for the very best performance and Fuel Mileage. These Upgrades cost at least $3,000 to put on the truck so this is a great time to get them for free in the deal. As you can see the truck was rolled over. It has a lot of damage to the Body but the drivetrain is all intact with no damage and we do not see any frame damage. The coolers are all good including the Intercooler, radiator, etc. The only one that was bent is the trans cooler, and we bypassed it so there are no leaks for lot driving the truck. The right front upper ball joint is bent so that will need replaced but that is all we can find on the drivetrain of this great truck. The airbags are all good as well but it did deploy the Seat Belt Tensioners when it rolled over so they will need replaced. The truck is very fixable but will probably need a new cab. The nice thing with Chevy is the 1/2 ton trucks have the same bodystyle so you could buy a high mileage 1/2 ton and swap the diesel Drivetrain into it. It will also make a great project for a Diesel Swap into an older 60's or 70's truck which is real popular these days. As stated above in the Start Up Description, this truck has a Virginia Non_Repairable title so please check with your state's DMV to see if they allow these type titles to be fixed. Most of the states do not allow them. We know that Kentucky does and there are a few others but once again please check before bidding. It should also be fine for Exporting to another Country.
