Every now and then a STEAL of a deal comes along....you've found it. You have less than 3 days to hemm and haww over this one. You can NOT build this car for whatever it sells for....I assure you, if you don't jocky to win, someone else will...rebuild it, part it out, MY LOSS YOUR GAIN...NO RESERVE! A little exaggeration to say it's a magazine car?? Maybe....but it's in a magazine....and yes you get this copy with the purchase! I know EVERYTHING about this car because the owner is a good friend of mine. I'm also the one who built and installed everything (Reaction Time Racing). It's been a LONG time since this car has seen the streets....nearly ten years. But it's been stored in a heated shop for this entire time. NO RUST. NO LEAKS. NO RODENTS. NO PROBLEMS. I only pulled it out recently, since I moved, to take pictures. My friend (the second owner of this car), like everyone else, has fell on hard times. Like most, his toys have to go....CLEARLY his loss, your gain! For the records....this car was fine when we pulled it apart. NEVER blown up or hurt....we just wanted to go faster....it was time for bigger better stuff. No leaks. No power loss. No damages. THERE IS NO STEREO SYSTEM, AMPS, CAPACITORS, CD PLAYER OR RELATED WIRING IN THIS CAR!!! IT WAS SOLD AND REMOVED! I LEFT THE PICS AND DESCRIPTIONS SO YOU CAN SEE IT INSTALLED. ALL OTHER ITEMS (NOS, ETC) LISTED IN THIS AD ARE INCLUDED AS STATED! This car has a RIDICULOUS amount of money and high end product invested in it. Countless hours and hours of time to ensure it's reliability. I'm very anal about my installations. My personal rule is do it right the 1st time so you're not doing it a second. Naturally....and I'm sure you know the feeling....you NEVER get back (money) what you put into your personal projects. It is, after all, your pride and joy and money is no object. I'll try and point out all the installed components and parts as I see them in the pics. Of course I will miss a few things....but keep in mind how DIFFERENT this particular car is compared to the rest of the same-old Talons/Eclipses out there. Like I stated before....NO RUST. This car no different. Above you can see the PIAA driving lights, as you know these are at the top of the list of brands. Custom grill inserts with Clear corner turn signals. Front bumper cover has little or zero nicks cuts or scrapes. Eagle themed graphics and logos are all vinyl but aren't gaudy. Very tasteful. Pretty nice actually. My favorite theme for an Eagle Talon to date. No, they are NOT just stickers bought online. True custom cut and installed by a professional. Only actual product advertising! Team Loco 17" rims with Nitto Tires all the way around. We went with silver since we have pretty crappy winters here leaving polished rims being a nightmare to keep clean. No damages to the wheels and the tires have plenty of tread. If I remember correctly, this tire, wheel and lug package was over $800 new! I went a 14.80 with these tires at the track on 140k miles and small shot of dry spray (see magazine pic)! Body panels are super straight. I really don't even think I can find a doording let alone a dent. Absolutely zero rust and no cheesy mismatched body parts. Paint is unfaded because it was NOT kept outside. Everything you would expect to be in, on or under a factory car is here (gas tank, brakes, drivetrain, etc). Yes that's a 2001 license sticker! Look closely and you'll see the Borla Stainless muffler. Also note the nicely tinted windows. THERE IS NO STEREO SYSTEM, AMPS, CAPACITORS, CD PLAYER OR RELATED WIRING IN THIS CAR!!! ALL OTHER ITEMS (NOS, ETC) LISTED IN THIS AD ARE INCLUDED AS STATED!Onto the interior....this gets a little tricky as I'm way out of the groove on model specifics. I assure you, even tho it's aged, it's ALL nearly brand new! Seriously. No competition use. Purely for the sound quality and preference. As you can see, the speaker selection is Diamond Audio. The best of the best in my opinion. These are NOT the low line product. I realize it's a bit dated with the carpeting look but easily changed with a proper installer and some leather or ??? The front doors featured Diamond's top of the line Multi component set....I believe it was the HEX line, but not 100% sure. Aluminum tweeter. Midbass and Midrange together on one crossover (mounted in rear). Rockford Fosgate supplies the power via a 200a.2 I believe. Below that you can see the pedal covers. The gauge pod sporting Digital O2 rich/lean and Fuel pressure. Shifter is the aftermarket shorty version with all bushings intact. Seats are in nice condition with only the drivers having a little wear and a few stains. Power locks, windows and mirrors. All power items work along with the A/C when last used. Carpet and door panels are nice. No rips or cuts or tears in anything that I can see. No cracks in the dash or plastics. Above you can see the short shifter. Also the system is run by a Pioneer 9000 series motorized face CD player. All options including remote. Easily swapped out for the latest and greatest. NOS Nitrous switch is the read toggle and was triggered via Micro-switch. I believe it was a mild 60hp dry kit. But is was the BEST NOS kit available with the twin solonoid....one for nitrous, the other for fuel pressure boost (uses nitrous pressure to increase fuel pressure/flow). The NOS kit has all the main components, lines, switch, solonoids...all ready to use and still intact/installed. Missing is the main tank, microswitch and possibly the jet fitting for the intake since the Venom intake is now gone. You will receive a stock intake to use tho (see trunk pic below for motor details).THERE IS NO STEREO SYSTEM, AMPS, CAPACITORS, CD PLAYER OR RELATED WIRING IN THIS CAR!!! IT WAS SOLD AND REMOVED! I LEFT THE PICS AND DESCRIPTIONS SO YOU CAN SEE IT INSTALLED. YOU WILL GET THE 4 SUBWOOFER SPEAKERBOX, PANELS, DOOR PANELS, ETC! ONLY THE HARD PART ELECTRONICS ARE MISSING! Below you can see the front seat is full of new parts....MITSUBISHI main bearings, rod bearings, multy-layer steel (MLS) head gasket ($118), COMPLETE rebuild 2.0 liter gasket set, cleaned, surfaced and rebuilt IN THE WRAPPER stock cylinder head with stock cams ready to bolt on, K&N intake setup, factory coils(extras too), complete Mitsu Manual, Accel 8mm wires, distributor, etc etc... As you can see below.....no back seat. You KNOW the rear seats are worthless in this car. Insurance wars made the car companies ditch the 2 seat design for 4seat versons to save a buck. I fixed that problem!!! Custom ported and tuned to Diamond Audio box specifications....I shoehorned 4 Diamond Subs in the back. Box is glued and screwed....NOT coming apart. No flexing. Not DB-drag material but sound quality is massive...and totally underpowered for reliability. They are ran via 2 Rockford Fosgate 800.a2 (I believe) amps driven by 8 guage secondary and 4 guage main wire thru 2 Lightning Audio 1 farad DIGITAL capacitors. Rockford spacers create the illusion of one complete amplifier. Add all this stuff up in your head.....used street value if you like....Subs were $300 a piece new alone. I see $1000s here just inside....you get a shot for this all at NO RESERVE! You may have noticed the carpeting has seen better days. Bad batch of spray glue.....but easily reglued or remove my panels and have em redone in your favorite covering!THERE IS NO STEREO SYSTEM, AMPS, CAPACITORS, CD PLAYER OR RELATED WIRING IN THIS CAR!!! Below you can see the trunk full of parts....FRESHLY cleaned and repolished 6bolt crank. LIGHTENED FACTORY flywheel....as they didn't have the aluminum versions then. MAF meter. Somewhere under the fuel rail with aftermarket injectors....(RCs I believe but don't quote me) there is a nice cutout and mount for the nitrous bottle. Notice the non-turbo ported Pacesetter ceramic coated header down into a Cat-delete 2.5" pipe. Both front perfect CV-shafts are included. Note the red Polyurethane motor mount(s). Hoses....bolts...covers....everything goes with it! Please remember this is a non-turbo 2.0 Mitsubishi 4g63 6 bolt base. Easily swapped over to a turbo setup but we went a different route. The only drawback was I literally had to make EVERYTHING (or hybrid 2wd turbo stuff) for this car as the non-turbos were less wanted. Now you can't find em!!! $100s and $100s more here.... Unseen is the Cleaned and Honed 2.0 engine block!! I'm throwing in the 1250lb engine stand that it's sitting on. I have the factory intake, all the factory engine parts cleaned and ready to put back together. The only hard parts you will need are hi-compression pistons (std bore) and connecting rods. I have the valve cover, tubes, misc bolts, balance shaft (which you should bypass), used Clutch Masters racing clutch (which wasn't strong enough for constant racing), box of parts in the front seat that contain bags and bags of MARKED bolts inventory style, even an accessory belt is there.....like I said....90+% of this car is here!!! Above and below you can see even MORE aftermarket professionally installed by your truly inventory! MSD DIGITAL-4 ignition box, MSD tach adapter, TWIN solonoid NOS nitrous setup ready to be plumbed into your new motor, factory starter, factory A/C compressor(should still have freon as we NEVER disconnected the lines), unseen is the factory radiator/fans, if you look very closely on the driver's side shot....you'll see a chrome knob setup....it's a FULLY ADJUSTABLE external fuel pressure regulator!! NOTHING has been cut or hacked off for removal. ALL is 100% ready to bolt back together! Remember....this car was driven daily on the street with playtime in mind at the flick of a switch! With the polyurethane mounts, MSD and NOS, I see $100s more!! I won't even tell you how much the Mitsubishi rod and main bearings were! Above and below....showing the nearly new UNDAMAGED condition of the rims and tires! Look closely....besides the epoxy coated red brake calipers (no aftermarkets were available then) you'll see the Slotted Powerslot Brand Rotors at every corner! Brake pads are upgraded as well!THERE IS NO STEREO SYSTEM, AMPS, CAPACITORS, CD PLAYER OR RELATED WIRING IN THIS CAR!!! IT WAS SOLD AND REMOVED! Below more shots of the parts included. As stated....the cleaned and honed 2 liter 4g63 engine block sits wrapped up in my shop along with the radiator and a crate of cleaned engine parts. All mounts and brackets are there too! I may have missed a few items but I definitely didn't list something that you aren't getting. I don't care how you add it up....there are $1000s in parts and electronics here alone. This isn't including the value of the car! I'm ALSO throwing in a Re-manufactured Compustar Alarm/Remote Start AS2000 brain ready to plug back in and use. It failed for whatever reason and I had it fixed under warranty. It was the ONLY system (then) designed for use in a manual transmission car. Has a built in safety so the car stays running while in neutral and when you are out of the car...shut the door....it shuts down the engine and arms/locks. True 1/4 mile range and true 2-way response. It's already installed, just plug in the brain, buy a remote and program. ALSO!!!!
