1998 Ford Windstar Condition: The Good: You are bidding on a used, 1998 Ford Windstar. The van has 120,000 low miles, and the engine starts up as it should. The vehicle features a large cargo area, powered side mirrors, and locks - though the lock functionality is inconsistent. The vehicle has a clear NJ Title, and an inspection sticker good until 3/2012. The van comes with two front seats, two chair-style back seats, and one rear bench. All show wear consistent with the age of the vehicle. The Bad: The Transmission is almost shot. The vehicle's engine turns over, and will drive for a few feet - but the transmission is on it's last leg. Additionally, the back wheels are locked, so moving the van will require a flatbed. The vehicle displays stains (pic 5), and a rip in the driver's side seat (pic 8). There is a one foot shallow dent on the driver's side of the vehicle - which is difficult to capture via camera. There is paint fading on the passenger's front side of the vehicle (pic 11). Cupholder is broken. Pictures attempted to capture damage. Prospective Buyers should inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. There is no warranty inferred or implied, and the vehicle comes as is. The purchase price is non-refundable, barring gross misresprentation on the seller's part. Please understand this vehicle is damaged, and the starting price reflects that.
