Vehicle Detail

Here is my Nissan 300zx non-turbo model. Its a fun little sports car. This car has T-tops that come off and make it like a convertable, with a little more security. I have only owned the car for a short time, but here is what I know. Its a 1990 model with the 3.0 liter V6 and an automatic transmission. It was owned by a friend of mine for the last three years and his mother for the seven years before that. Thats the only history of the car I know. This car runs and drives. It has the rims from the Nissan 350zx, and brand new tires in front. The tires in the rear have about 70% of their tread. There is a nice CD player that has an Ipod hookup and a big speaker in the back. The speaker is not plugged in though, so I dont know if it works. This is a fun little car for a first car, or for a sports car enthusiast. I have written all problems i have found with it and been as truthful as possible. What I do know this is a fixer upper. Outer cosmetic problems are as follows: It needs to be repainted, the front bumper is missing the bottom part of the trim, the passenger side of the front bumper is loose, just above the rear bumper is a dent about 4 inches wide with paint missing, the drivers side tail light has a crack, and the retractable antenna is stuck in the up position. Inner cosmetic problems are as follows: Drivers side seat's leather is ripped and torn in several places, the rubber mat under the foot pedals is loose, the ash tray is broken, the plastic cloth on the t-tops is wrinkled and needs to be replaced, the weatherstripping on the t-tops should also be replaced, and on the passenger side door the door lock plastic trim is broken. Finnaly the mechanical problems: The clifford alarm system malfunctions sometimes and should be dissabled, The rear differential makes a knocking noise when you step on the gas from a dead stop, and lastly the struts should be replaced. This is a long list, but please realise that I am being truthful where many people selling cars are not. I have told you everything I know is wrong with the car. That being said, THIS IS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE 300ZX FOR SALE ON EBAY RIGHT NOW. It runs and drives, and I am confident you could drive it home if you live in Southern California. anywhere outside of Socal should ship it back to their home, or drive it home on a car carrier from U-haul. This would be a great first car for a sports car enthusiast, or a parts car for someone with a twin-turbo Z. The winner of the auction will have to pay a $500 deposit within 3 days of the end of the auction. Pick up should be done in person within 7 days. Full payment will be due in cash in person at the same time as pick up. If you have any questions please ask. Happy bidding on the least expensive 300zx on ebay.On Nov-30-11 at 14:03:44 PST, seller added the following information: *********I have a correction to make on the mechanical condition. The comment about the differential is wrong. The knocking noise is the driveshaft. It needs to have a new Center Support Bearing. This part can be bought online for $140. I think this would be any easy one for a do-it-yourselfer to take care of in the garage. So, again the comment about the differential making this noise is wrong. I believe the driveshaft is the culprit. If you have any questions about it just let me know.*********
